Job Description:

Kohl's is seeking an energetic and resilient Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to online client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, promotions, and policies- Assist clients with order placement, tracking, and returns- Resolve client complaints and issues with a high level of empathy and understanding- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for clients- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times- Meet and exceed performance goals related to client satisfaction and response times

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Resilient personality with the ability to handle difficult clients and situations with grace- Energetic demeanor and a passion for providing exceptional customer service- Strong people management skills and the ability to effectively persuade and influence others- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication platforms- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- High school diploma or equivalent
