Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Client Service Specialist to join our team at C3.ai in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online client service to our customers. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on resilience, reliability, creativity, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for online customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses- Assist clients with navigating our online platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on product features- Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and address any concerns or feedback- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner- Utilize creativity to develop new strategies for improving the online client experience- Conduct online presentations to educate clients on new products or features- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the online client service experience

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- Minimum of 4 years of experience in online client service or a similar role- Strong communication and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new online platforms- Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude- Creativity and problem-solving skills- Availability for part-time work in Jacksonville, Florida
