Online Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Client Service Representative to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.2. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order status, and issue resolution.3. Process online orders and returns efficiently and accurately.4. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback online.5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.8. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:1. Resourceful and independent individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment.2. Strong decision-making skills and ability to research and problem solve independently.3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.4. Proficient in using online platforms and customer service software.5. High school diploma or equivalent.6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
