Job description:

General Mills is seeking an experienced and passionate Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the Online Client Service Manager will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for online clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute online marketing campaigns and initiatives for clients- Monitor client performance and provide regular reports and updates on key metrics and KPIs- Identify opportunities for growth and upselling to existing clients- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date guidance and recommendations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- Minimum of 6 years of experience in online client service or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Independent and able to work effectively with minimal supervision- Passionate about providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships- Ability to persuade and influence others- High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate challenging situations with grace and professionalism
