Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Online Client Service Associate to join our team at Spectra Energy in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This is a part-time role with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:1. Interact with online clients via chat, email, and telephone to provide product information, resolve issues, and address inquiries.2. Process online orders efficiently and accurately.3. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to the online platform.4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies to enhance the online client experience.5. Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback in a timely manner.6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms.5. Innovative thinking and creativity to improve the online client experience.6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred.
