Job Description:
eBay is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Online Client Service Assistant will be responsible for providing support to clients and customers through various online platforms.
Responsibilities:1. Communicate effectively with clients and customers through email, chat, and other online channels.2. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on products and services.3. Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns and exchanges.4. Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and customers.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on product information, policies, and procedures.7. Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements:1. Resourceful and adaptable individual with a strong customer service orientation.2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.3. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
