Job Description:

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients through online communication channels such as email and live chat- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to our products or services- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues- Work closely with other departments to address client needs and provide solutions in a timely manner- Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and new products to better assist clients- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a positive client experience
