Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Adobe in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Adobe's online clients. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and promoting brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions- Conduct research to identify client trends and preferences- Assist in the development of strategic plans to enhance client relations- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall client experience- Provide support for online client events and promotions- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Basic knowledge of online marketing and social media platforms- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
