Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Quest Diagnostics is currently seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Relations Officer will be responsible for managing relationships with clients in an online setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and reliable.

Responsibilities:- Engage with clients through online platforms to address any inquiries or concerns- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues when necessary- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the client experience- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase client retention and acquisition- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients- Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred- Resourceful and reliable with a strong attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
