Job Description:

As an Online Client Relations Manager at 3M, located in Houston, Texas, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires a high level of communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with online clients through email, phone, and video conference.- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement and retention.- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.- Make informed decisions to enhance the overall customer experience.- Provide regular updates and reports to management on client relations activities.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.- 5 years of experience in client relations or a similar role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.- Hardworking and driven personality traits.- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
