Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Baker Hughes is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Manage and nurture relationships with online clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and drive business growth- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients- Contribute to the overall success of the team by working collaboratively towards common goals

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Energetic and resilient personality traits- Strong strategic planning and cooperation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
