Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Online Client Relations Associate to join our team at Dollar Tree in Houston, Texas. As an Online Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. You will be the primary point of contact for online customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with online orders or payments- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and sales to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers- Monitor online reviews and feedback, and address any negative comments or complaints- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide recommendations for improving the online customer experience- Assist in the development of online customer loyalty programs and promotions- Meet or exceed agreed-upon customer satisfaction targets- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in an online environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Experience with CRM software is a plus- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must be confident, passionate, creative, and possess critical thinking skills
