Job Description:

As an Online Client Relations Associate at American Express in Fort Worth, Texas, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients through various online platforms. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience who are confident, energetic, and possess strong emotional intelligence and innovation skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally through online channels such as email, chat, and social media- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience with the company- Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless client experience across different regions- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation in client relations strategies and processes- Provide feedback to the team on client trends and preferences to improve service offerings- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills in client relations

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a client-facing role- Confident and energetic personality- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to understand and empathize with clients' needs- Innovative mindset with a willingness to suggest and implement new ideas- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from different backgrounds and regions
