Job Description:

Aetna, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Assist with managing online client relationships through various communication channels.2. Coordinate with team members to address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.3. Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.5. Provide support for online events, webinars, and virtual meetings as needed.6. Monitor online platforms for client feedback and reviews, escalating issues as necessary.7. Assist with implementing online marketing strategies to promote client engagement.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations.

Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools.5. Prior experience in client relations or customer service preferred.6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.7. Experience with social media platforms is an advantage.
