Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through online chat platforms.2. Assist customers with booking reservations, handling complaints, and answering questions about our hotel properties.3. Utilize knowledge of our hotel amenities, services, and policies to provide exceptional customer service.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when inputting customer information or processing requests.6. Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Requirements:1. Hardworking and energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.2. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage interactions with various people.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Proficient in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.6. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
