Job Description:Core-Mark Holding is seeking a part-time Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide online chat support to customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to queries in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize company resources and product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems- Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:- Independent and motivated individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of customer issues- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms
