Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Mastercard in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online chat- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively- Utilize problem-solving skills and creativity to address complex customer concerns- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Hardworking and resilient attitude- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using online chat and customer service software- Flexibility to work part-time hours as required
