Online Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Cardinal Health is seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Chat Support Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, the Online Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support channels. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat channels in a timely and professional manner.2. Identify and escalate any issues or trends impacting customer satisfaction.3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical issues.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers.

Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers.3. Critical thinking and analytical skills to quickly resolve issues.4. Motivated and hardworking individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
