Job Description:

Core-Mark Holding is seeking a motivated and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As the Online Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing online chat support operations, overseeing a team of chat support representatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online chat support team- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and support efficiency- Train and coach chat support representatives to enhance their skills and performance- Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide regular reports to management- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in online customer support or a similar role- Strong leadership and communication skills- Proven track record of managing a high-performing team- Resourceful and energetic individual with attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Team player with a cooperative attitude towards colleagues and customers
