Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Walgreens Boots Alliance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or online support roles. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities:- Provide online chat support to customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general questions- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to the website or online ordering process- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Previous experience in a customer service or online support role- Hardworking and passionate about delivering excellent customer service- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently- Must be detail-oriented and able to problem solve effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with online chat platforms preferred
