Online Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

CBS is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:- Provide online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers- Document and track customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes- Assist in other customer service-related tasks as needed

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in typing and computer skills- Cooperative and project management skills- Resilient and dedicated personality traits- High school diploma or equivalent
