Job Description:

Sanmina, a leading electronics manufacturing company, is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Entry Level Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support through online channels.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and other inquiries.3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and empathy.4. Document customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.7. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.4. Motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.6. Basic computer skills and knowledge of online communication tools.7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
