DraftKings is seeking a passionate and independent Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who possess strong teamwork and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and account inquiries.3. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.4. Navigate multiple systems to access and update customer account information.5. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals and improve customer satisfaction.6. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.7. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance.
