Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

As an Online Call Center Representative at eBay in San Francisco, California, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to eBay users through online channels. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from eBay users regarding orders, product inquiries, account issues, and more.2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.3. Provide product recommendations and assistance with online transactions.4. Educate users on eBay's policies, procedures, and best practices for buying and selling.5. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system.6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Stay up-to-date on eBay's products, services, and promotions.

Requirements:1. Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills.2. Ability to think creatively and work well in a team environment.3. Previous experience in customer service or a related field.4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and online communication platforms.5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
