Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Quintiles Transnational Holdings is currently seeking a part-time Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online and telephone interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner- Providing assistance with product information, order processing, and issue resolution- Communicating with customers via email and online chat to address their needs- Conducting research and analysis to provide accurate information and solutions- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding their expectations- Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong presentation and analytical skills- Ability to work independently and stay motivated- Proficiency in using online platforms and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
