Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Cardinal Health is seeking a diligent and motivated Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding products and services.2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.4. Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.2. Hardworking individual with a strong work ethic.3. Motivated to provide exceptional customer service and exceed performance goals.4. Creativity and analytical skills to problem solve and think outside the box.5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.6. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
