Job Description:
Delek US Holdings is seeking a confident and resourceful Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Officer will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through a variety of communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chat. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Respond to customer emails and online chat messages with accuracy and efficiency- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Use critical thinking skills to find creative solutions to customer problems- Assist in planning and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently- Planning skills to anticipate customer needs and proactively address issues
