Job Description:
As an Online Call Center Manager at Broadcom's location in Austin, Texas, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our virtual call center. You will lead a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service and maximize efficiency. This position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in call center management.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and productivity- Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues- Work with IT and other departments to troubleshoot technical issues- Collaborate with other managers to achieve overall company goals
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in call center management- Resilient and driven personality traits- Strong attention to detail and project management skills- Excellent communication and leadership abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Experience managing remote teams is a plus
