Job Description:

Verizon is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Online Call Center Associates in Austin, Texas. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat, email, and phone interactions. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online platforms in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, technical support, and product information- Utilize strategic planning skills to efficiently address customer needs and concerns- Adapt quickly to changing technology and communication tools used in the call center- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service experience- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficient in basic computer skills and software applications- Adaptability to learn and use new systems and processes- Hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent customer service- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
