Job Description:

Amphenol is seeking a motivated and adaptable Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in New York City. As an entry-level position, this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions- Assist with administrative tasks as needed- Work independently to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery- Adhere to company policies and guidelines at all times

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
