Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is currently seeking a dedicated and confident individual to fill the role of Online Accounts Receivable in our San Francisco, California office. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage online accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner- Utilize software systems to track and report on account activity- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt to evolving priorities- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
