Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate in San Francisco, California. As part of the Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for processing and managing online payments for our company. This part-time role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Review and process online invoices and payments in a timely manner- Reconcile online payments and resolve any discrepancies- Monitor accounts to ensure timely vendor payments- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting- Maintain accurate records of online transactions and payments
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field- Resourceful and driven individual with strong attention to detail- Excellent planning and organizational skills- Creative problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
