Online Accountant

Job Description:

Raymond James Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Online Accountant to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate level position, the Online Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records and transactions for our online platforms.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and reconcile online financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.2. Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for online platforms.3. Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive strategic initiatives.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met.5. Implement and maintain online accounting systems and software.6. Monitor online financial performance and identify areas for improvement.7. Assist with auditing and compliance activities related to online financial transactions.8. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in online accounting.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on online platforms.3. CPA certification preferred.4. Strong knowledge of online accounting principles and practices.5. Proficiency in financial software and tools.6. Resilient and passionate attitude towards online accounting.7. Excellent planning and project management skills.8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
