NextEra Energy is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills in online account management.
Responsibilities:- Provide online account support to customers, troubleshooting issues and answering inquiries in a timely and efficient manner- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns- Assist with online account setup and maintenance, including password resets and account updates- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and account activities- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance the online account experience for customers
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- Strong technical skills with experience in online account management systems- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Resourceful and confident in addressing customer concerns and providing solutions- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
