As an Online Account Support Specialist at Guardian Life Insurance Co. of America in Jacksonville, Florida, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients with their online accounts. This is a part-time entry-level position perfect for someone who is confident, adaptable, and possesses strong analytical and research skills.

Responsibilities:- Assist customers with navigating their online accounts and resolving any technical issues they may encounter- Provide guidance on account setup, password resets, and general account maintenance- Educate customers on the features and benefits of the online platform- Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction- Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions- Monitor account activity for any suspicious or unauthorized transactions- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolutions

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online technology platforms- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required
