Job Description:Entergy, a leading energy company in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team. As an Online Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts online, troubleshooting issues, and providing personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Assist customers with setting up and accessing their online accounts- Troubleshoot technical issues related to online account access and functionality- Provide personalized support to customers via phone, email, or chat- Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer accounts are accurate and up-to-date- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving- Assist with project management related to online account enhancements and updates- Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
