Job Description:

Time Warner Cable is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and adaptable personality, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide online account support to customers, assisting with troubleshooting, account inquiries, and general assistance.2. Utilize various software systems and tools to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.3. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure a positive customer experience.4. Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer cases and find solutions.5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or account support roles.2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.4. Proficiency in using software systems and tools for account management.5. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to navigate challenging situations.6. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.7. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
