Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Domtar, a leading provider of fiber-based products, is seeking an Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Online Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online account holders, assisting with account management tasks, and ensuring a seamless online experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with account registration, login issues, password resets, and other account-related tasks- Monitor online accounts for any suspicious activity or unauthorized access- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online account management

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Reliable and confident with excellent communication skills- Strong planning and organizational skills- Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online account management systems
