Job Description:

Baxalta is seeking a talented Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing online customer accounts, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Manage online customer accounts and ensure timely and accurate support- Collaborate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement online account support initiatives- Provide training and support to internal teams on online account management best practices- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve online account support processes

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 6+ years of experience in online account management or customer support- Confident and motivated personality with excellent communication skills- Strong research and innovation skills- Proven track record of managing online customer accounts and driving customer satisfaction- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
