Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Cruise Automation is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Online Account Support Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for someone who is driven, creative, and has excellent communication skills. As an Online Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our online account holders.

Responsibilities:- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their online accounts via email, chat, and phone- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to online accounts- Educate customers on the various features and benefits of our online platform- Identify and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate department for further investigation- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote online account usage and retention- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the online account support process

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- 1 year of customer service experience in a related field- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools- Must be resourceful and able to think creatively to find solutions to customer inquiries
