Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and independent Online Account Support Associate to join our team at Walmart in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online account holders.

Responsibilities:1. Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to their online accounts.2. Process transactions and update account information as needed.3. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews.4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.5. Provide guidance and support to customers on using online account features.6. Assist with account security measures and fraud prevention.7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.2. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.3. Excellent people management skills to effectively communicate with customers.4. Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.6. Proficient in using online tools and systems.7. High school diploma or equivalent required.8. Must be eligible to work in the US.
