Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Online Account Support Assistant to join our team at Hilton in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, the Online Account Support Assistant will be responsible for providing online support to our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all users. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:- Assist customers with account-related inquiries and issues through online channels- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews- Collaborate with internal teams to improve online account processes and tools- Provide support for online promotions and campaigns- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer support- Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements:- Independent and driven personality traits- Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Proficiency in basic computer applications and online platforms- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Experience with customer relationship management systems is a plus
