Job Title: One Source, Tax Software Integration Consultant
Location: Hoboken, NJ (Remote)
Job Type: Contract to hire

Job Description:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to comprehend their unique tax needs and financial goals.
Stay updated on latest tax laws and regulations. Maintain client records ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Utilize tax software programs to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with other professionals within the firm.
Analyze client tax data and prepare filings within the One Source platform.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain integrations between the OneSource tax platform and ERP systems like SAP. Gather requirements for tax automation projects and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct assessments of tax data and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Design, implement, and test custom solutions within the OneSource platform. Provide technical support to users of the OneSource platform. Stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations.
Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of tax operations.
Qualifications:

Minimum twelve years of experience in accounting, taxation or a related field. Must have experience working within the One Source platform.
CPA or EA designation preferred.
Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with tax software programs a plus.
