The ONE Community Manager is responsible for analyzing data across all ONE Community programs and initiatives, establishing linkages, and telling ONE Community's story of collaborative impact. The position will create and maintain a central repository for community impact outcome data and current grant management system, Donation Exchange. This individual will lead all communications and provide insight and support surrounding execution of programs, brand strategy and public relations.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members to collect, synthesize, and analyze data across multiple data platforms.Monitor key performance indicators to map ONE Community's impact year over year.Create and maintain a central repository of community impact outcome data.Create regular reports to include graphs, infographics, and other data visualization tools to share internally and externally.Maintain and create social media, web content, calendars and other communication materials pertaining to ONE community programs and events.Use data to establish linkages to tell a story across all funded programs of ONE Community.Evaluate data and share key findings.Work with internal cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Business Analytics, etc.) to contribute data to annual report.Manage and maximize use of grant management system, currently Donation Exchange, including building forms, funding applications and data collection processes.Communicate data collection and processes to ONE Community partners, staff, and advisory committee members.Create community partner surveys to assess effectiveness of processes and procedures.Produce written content and oversight of newsletter to maintain contact and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, program participants and general public ensuring that content is timely, informative, and compelling.Develop strategies for expanding community presence across various platforms while ensuring consistency in community management practices.Closely monitor programs and events to ensure expenses fit within the allocated budget, tracking expenses on a regular basis in the department budget.Coordinate charitable and community events and initiatives in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Tennessee Titans and ONE Community.Assist in developing and strengthening relationships with identified Middle TN area charitable and community organizations.Handle all other duties and projects as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in related field or 5+ years of equivalent experience in this field5+ years in community marketing or business operations related fieldExperience developing and managing CRM systems.Experience performing data analysis, using data to tell a meaningful story.Experience identifying, analyzing, and interpreting data patterns and trends.Experience creating dashboards and reports to communicate with management.Experience using data visualization tools to represent data in clear and easily understood format.Proficiency with grant management systems and Microsoft officeFamiliarity with data visualization tools, e.g., Power BI, AdobeVery strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Manage changing priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks and creatively solve day-to-day challenges.Excellent computer skills and general working knowledge or experience with platforms such as Microsoft, Wrike and Canva.Strong organizational and time management skills with an exceptional eye for detail.Ability to operate effectively across a range of management levels and styles, and across a variety of community groups and stakeholders.Experience overseeing multiple programs and/or activations with proven objectives and deliverables.
