Responsibilities SUMMARY - Coordinates, supervises and implements patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. The Registered Nurse is expected to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description.

Qualifications MINIMUM Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, ADN
One year recent acute care experience
Must hold and maintain:
(1) AZ or compact state RN license (RN)
(2) American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS)
and
(3) ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification within 6 months of hire (CCP CHEMO)
PREFERRED BSN
One year recent acute oncology care experience preferred
Two-three years in outpatient infusion
Professional certification in area of specialty
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (CT ACLS)
