As a HR Associate you will… Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments. Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet (e.g., authorization forms, background checks etc.) and update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until candidate is cleared to start. Maintaining time-sheets and manually entering time information in our software system. Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance). Provide outstanding office customer service (telephone and reception area) Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience. Let's talk money and perks! Aerotek offers an hourly rate of $20-$22 per hour (Over-time available) as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $4,000 .
