Silver Elm Senior Living Apartments is looking for a competent Leasing Consultant/Resident Attendant to undertake the leasing activities of our 105 unit senior living community. The successful candidate will effectively explore the market to identify opportunities and secure tenants. This is an on-call position only. Shifts possible for on-call needs: Monday - Sunday 8am-5pm, 4pm - 12am, or 12am-8am Responsibilities Present apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner Assist in discovering suitable tenants Promote unoccupied units through various media and advertising techniques Provide accurate information on the different features of properties Validate application information and references Present leasing terms and close agreements Keep abreast of the property market status Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically Resident care Assistance with food deliveries to the resident rooms. Monitor the phone and call system from the residents requiring immediate assistance. Contacting family members, emergency personal, sitting with a resident, etc. All as per written policy. Assistance in resident functions as requested. Control of the interior building lighting for day light and evenings. Checking entrance and exit door locks. Collection and removal of trash as directed.
