OFFICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT IV Location Columbia, MO : Hiring Department Thompson Center
The Thompson Center for Autism & Neurodevelopmental Disorders is pleased to announce the opening of a Office Support Assistant IV position.
This position will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and assist with Executive Director's calendar and travel arrangements as needed Schedule meetings for Thompson Center leadership and other meetings as requested Assist with School of Medicine/TC Research faculty campaign in hiring open rank researchers Prepare and manage travel arrangements Plan, manage and organize events Prepare and finalize visitor itineraries Create and manage products in Marketplace (trainings, conferences, etc) Cross train in other admin/business office functions Other duties as assigned. Successful candidates will need to be detail oriented and have organizational and time management skills. They will need to have a background in finance and accounting and provide excellent customer service.
Shift Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Anticipated Hiring Range Salary Range:$15.00-$22.00 per hour
