Responsibilities: Greet and Welcome Visitors: Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the front desk. Ensure a positive first impression and provide assistance as needed. Answer and Direct Calls: Manage a multi-line telephone system, answer calls promptly, and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery. Manage Front Desk Area: Keep the front desk and lobby area neat, organized, and presentable. Maintain a clean and tidy workspace. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms. Notify relevant parties of scheduled appointments. Visitor Registration: Register visitors, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with security protocols. Communicate visitor arrivals to the appropriate personnel. Provide Information: Offer information about the organization, its products, and services to visitors. Assist with general inquiries and provide basic information to callers. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems. Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
