Job Title: Office Receptionist Overview: We are seeking a competent and professional Office Receptionist to be the face of our company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms and executives. Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Keep an updated record of staff movements and provide administrative support as needed. Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Assist other departments with administrative tasks and projects when necessary. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Attention to detail and accuracy. High school diploma or equivalent
